Crazy Russians take death-defying selfies on top of Dubai's tallest buildings

This is the only time it’s acceptable to use a selfie stick…

Here at EDGARdaily, we love a daredevil, and the particular ballsy photographer behind these incredible photos and accompanying video, 19-year-old Russian Alexander Remnev, is exactly that.

He is is part of a growing social movement called Skywalking. Originating in Russia and the Ukraine, members of the daredevil group push themselves to the limit in order to capture the most impressive, vertigo-inducing photography possible.

Remnev and his mates have been all over the world taking photos including Poland, France, the UK, and China, but this set sees them scale the tallest residential building on the planet: Dubai's Princess Tower. As well as Princess Tower, the Russians also climbed some buildings in Downtown Dubai, and captured some stunning images of the Burj Khalifa and its surrounding area.

As you can see from the photos and video, safety isn't the number one concern for this group, and we're not sure that what they're doing is entirely legal - in fact, we're almost certain it's not. So although we salute their bravery, we'd strongly advise that you do not try anything like this at home.
