Amazing 3D artist goes to town on Dubai

Tracy Lee Stum loves using the Burj Khalifa and Dubai's cityscape as a subject for her jaw-dropping work.

Dubai’s cityscape doesn’t really need any faux enlargement; it’s surreal enough at the best of times.

But one American artist has managed to make things even more dreamlike with her 3D style of street paintings.

One of the world’s leading female street painters, Tracy Lee Stum is known for her interactive drawings, and once held the Guinness World Record for the largest chalk painting by an individual.

She has already used the Burj Khalifa and Dubai’s cityscape for some of her previous work, but the Pennsylvania born artist was in town recently to bring the world’s tallest building to life once more.

As part of Breitling’s new boutique opening in Dubai Mall, Stum painted an incredible custom image of Breitling’s jet team flying over Dubai. It will remain on display until the 19th October.

Her style has seen her take on projects commissioned by corporations and government agencies throughout North America, Asia and Europe, with some truly mesmerizing ideas, as can be seen below.
