One of the most famous restaurant names in the world, Nobu at Atlantis is a Dubai foodie institution that’s always packed with a cool crowd 


Get your greens on board with the lobster salad (above). Slices of firm lobster are cuddled by a pile of spinach leaves that have been drizzled with truffle oil and Parmesan cheese.


Nobu is a great spot for those who love fish and you could play safe and choose the dreamy black cod that is Nobu’s trademark. Instead, we suggest you buck tradition and try the milky white sea bass with its salty, citrusy ponzu sauce. 


The Nobu cheesecake is unlike any normal cheesecake. It’s baked and has a light, frothy texture, which is made even more delicate with a zesty yuzu sorbet on the side.
