The golf holiday of a lifetime
July 23, 2014
Earning a spot on the European Tour takes years of dedication, training and a huge amount of natural talent. No matter how much time we spend at the driving range, it's highly unlikely that we'll ever hit those heights. However, fortunately for the majority of us, there is an alternative: The Ultimate Golf Holiday.
The unique trip from UK travel agent Holidays Please will see you play each of the 48 golf courses that featured on last year's European Tour, including the Royal Liverpool course where Rory Mcilroy won the Open Championship last week.
As any golf fans will know, the European Tour now ventures far out of the continent, so you'll be playing on the likes of Leopard Creek in South Africa, Sheshan International in China, Valhalla in the US and Lake Karrinyup in Australia, as well as the Middle East's Jumeriah Golf Estates in Dubai.
The tour, which lasts 100 days, will take you to 26 countries travelling by private jet and staying in the most luxurious, five-star accommodation available at each destination.

And the price for this once-in-a-lifetime golfing holiday? A meagre $400,000 per person, on bookings for four people. Or if you don't mind slumming it with First Class flights instead of the private jet option, you can get the trip for a bargain $100,000.
Now if you'll just excuse us while we cancel our annual trip to Portugal...
