The Net-A-Porter group has been on a roll this year. Only a couple of months after Tiffany and Co. made select Tiffany designs available for purchase on, Ermenegildo Zegna have today gone live with a collaboration with Mr Porter.

Up until now, Zegna relied on its 523 (as of the start of 2016) mono-brand stores and its recently launched website to sell its products. Perhaps it’s the decrease in profits or simply the knowledge that digital is the future that has brought the leading luxury menswear brand to partner with most dominant high-end fashion site for men.

Speaking of the partnership where the Italian fashion brand will feature its ready to wear collection on Mr Porter, Gildo Zegna, CEO of Ermenegildo Zegna said, “In a world where the digital exposure and digital presence is of great importance for the future, this partnership is a strategic move for us.”

Mr Porter will launch with a selection of luxury tailoring and ready-to-wear pieces, including outerwear of leather and cashmere, as well as Zegna’s signature Trofeo water-resistant softwool, tailored denim, cashmere knitwear, and a variety of seasonal jackets, suiting and casualwear. Mr Porter will also be offering a new season range of Zegna’s Italian-made footwear, leather goods and accessories such as the iconic Pelle Tessuta and Triple Stitch Sneakers.

Here’s a look at what you can expect from the Mr Porter and Zegna partnership:
