Etihad Airways marks its 100th aircraft with a pretty fascinating infographic.

We've never made a secret of our love for infographics, but some are head and shoulders above the others, and this is one of them.

Etihad Airways received its 100th - and 101st - aircraft this week, and by way of marking the moment the Abu Dhabi airline created the below: 100 facts from around the world.

It's a pretty fascinating read. We'll be honest, we didn't know there are 10,000 animals roaming free on UAE's Sir Bani Yas Island. Or that the longest straight road in the world is found in Australia - also where 91 per cent of the country is covered by vegetation. And we certainly didn't know that late-night dancing is illegal in Japan!

There probably won't be quite as informative an infographic for some time, so enjoy. And next time you're in Tokyo, check your watch before you start cutting some shapes.
